I have found a man, not a boy, not a rowdy teenager who drinks and smokes, not a picture-perfect cut-out. I have found a man who will stand up for me and my honor, who will open the door for me and pull out my chair and offer his coat if the weather is even the least bit chilly. I have found a man who isn't a wimp, who has arms strong enough to pick me up, for however long. I have a man who can throw a football longer than I can, who likes sports but isn't enslaved to them. I have a man who doesn't care who sees when he kisses me and hands me a cup of coffee when I walk into the kitchen. I have a man who is intelligent, who likes to do crosswords, and who wants a library as big as the one I imagine in my head. I have a man who can be romantic, a strong leader when he needs to be, and a follower to God. I have a man who meets my ridiculously high standards for relationship material.
