Dream #17

I am in the sun-room, bathed in early morning light. He joins me, handing me a perfect cup of coffee, strong, sweet and creamy - just the way I like it. He leans down and kisses me gently, "Good morning, baby" to which I reply with a smile, "it is now."

He sits in the other white wicker rocking chair sipping his coffee while we enjoy the morning. It is silent except for the birds chirping, greeting the new day. A perfect, comfortable, peaceful silence.

"Life is wonderful now that I have you," he says after a while. "We aren't perfect, but we are perfect for each other. Everyday is better because you are in it."

"I feel the exact same about you," I reply with a big smile.
As he lifts his cup, the sun glints off of his wedding ring. "Difficult to believe we have been married 10 years. I fall deeper in love with you everyday," I tell him.

"I feel the same," he replies with a big smile.
