I am exercising and making healthy eating choices daily, resulting in me reaching my goal weight. I am writing every day and learning every day and being the best person I can be.

I'm in love the the perfect guy right now. He loves me despite my insistent compulsiveness and nightly snoring. I loved him even in braces and momma's boy characteristics. We've both recently graduated from the nursing program together and as corny and cliche as this might sound: Alex, years later, not a feeling has changed. :]

We've been married for a while and are finally settled. A home of our own, happy and healthy pets, and there's never that worry about how we'll pay the bills. I'm a successful teacher in a school district close to home. My school loans are almost paid off, and we can start saving.
I'm married to my best friend. We're still as in love now as we were when we first met, and though we fight, I wouldn't change anything for the world.
I keep in contact with my family, and I'm a part of my husband's family. We're planning a family of our own when we have a decent amount in savings. I'm satisfied, finally.

I'm sitting here with you by my side watching our three kids play in our house with our dog, laughing and smiling without a care in the world. I find your hand and lace my fingers in between yours where you squeeze them ever so gently. I look up into your kind loving eyes, you smiling back at me. My life is complete in this moment. I kiss you and you kiss me, and it feels like the first time every time. I am so in love with you and our amazing family. I've found my soul mate.

I am sitting on my huge wrap around porch in a wooden rocking chair. I can hear the sounds of the birds and insects. The trees make a soft rustling sound, as if they are whispering their stories to me. I am content and happy. my home is simple and humble. A small creek is trickling in the background. From a distance, I hear the laughter of my children as they chase their chocolate lab around the back of the house. I feel a breeze play with my hair and lap my skin. Its chilly as the sun is setting. The sky is a watercolor painting of purples and pinks. My husband is inside waiting for me. I call the children in. We laugh and hug as I send them off to bed. I, myself, snuggle up to Mitch in our four post bed. The window is open and I can feel the soft breeze tickle my ear. As I nod off to sleep I have a smile on my lips. Life is good.
